About the Farm
Solstice Point Farm is owned and operated by myself, Jaye Winkel, my husband Bill, and our four sons. We are located in the woods of Waterboro, Maine, on 72 acres that were last farmed during the late 1800's. Caring for animals and living on a farm has always been my dream. Providing delicious and healthy food for my family is a great passion of mine and raising our own meat came naturally from combining those interests.

After raising meat for ourselves and finding a lot of interest among our friends and neighbors, we decided to farm on a larger scale and begin producing meat for other families in our area and for sale at farmer's market.
